Refunds & returns
Clear terms for trade orders. In short: unused, unbranded stock can be returned within 14 days; personalised items can't; and the return cost is set out below.
Your right to return
- You may return unused, unworn, unwashed stock items in original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
- Tell us first: request a return by email or WhatsApp and we'll issue a returns reference.
Return cost & restocking
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong goods. A tracked service is required; we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.
- A prepaid returns label can be arranged at a flat £7.95 per parcel, deducted from your refund.
- Orders over 25 units, or opened/part-used bulk packs, are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover re-inspection and repackaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the goods.
What can't be returned
- Embroidered, printed or otherwise personalised items — these are made to your specification and are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Underwear, and any item where the hygiene seal has been broken.
- Made-to-order bundles and packages once production has started.
Faulty or incorrect goods
- If an item is faulty, not as described, or we picked it wrong, we cover return postage in full and replace or refund at your choice, including any embroidery charge.
- Report faults within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible.
Approval samples
- For large or embroidered orders we can supply a paid pre-production sample; sample cost is credited against the bulk order once approved.
This policy is for trade/business orders and sits alongside your statutory rights. Nothing here removes rights you can't waive by law.
